We are like family and work together well.

Cohesive, empathetic, and always trying to do what is best. We leave our egos at the door.

They work very hard to optimize Methodist as a place for patients to receive care and for their employees and physicians to work/practice.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My co workers are great overall, they can be derailed but unimportant issues at times but they care so much about the work we do.
