What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Putting the nursing staff first.
Care more about the well being of their lower level employees. Do not work your employees harder than what you can pay them. 45 accouts to 70 a day is ridiculous and stressful on the workers
Our leadership team needs to improve their transparency and communication skills.
