What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Putting the nursing staff first.
Care more about the well being of their lower level employees. Do not work your employees harder than what you can pay them. 45 accouts to 70 a day is ridiculous and stressful on the workers

Make the pay equal the productivity requirements which is more than the $23/ hr max pay?
being paid at or above market value for a medical assistant with 6 years of experience including 2 years of management experience

Cohesive, empathetic, and always trying to do what is best. We leave our egos at the door.
They work very hard to optimize Methodist as a place for patients to receive care and for their employees and physicians to work/practice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co workers are great overall, they can be derailed but unimportant issues at times but they care so much about the work we do.

Everyone respects one another and working as a team is supported.
