How's the vacation policy at Metric Theory?
10 days your first year and 15 after that. We also have a flexible half day Friday every month, most of the normal holidays (except Veteran's Day and Columbus Day), and we all work from home between Christmas and New Years. There's a "work from anywhere week" that you can use once a year to work from home, vacation, etc.
