My overall experience at my company hasn't been the best but it definitely hasn't been completely awful either. I feel like the things that are holding it back from being good are pretty basic stuff that could be changed if some people in higher leadership were changed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that we all communicate our discomfort.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That the questions weren't necessarily bad or hard to answer and didn't require much thinking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how everybody talks to one another and makes it known what's bothering them. Communication is a very positive thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is basically being able to communicate with other people and see somebody different every day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My boss never pays me on time and when he does he pays me only a part. The manager always avoids the workers and I wish there was some sense of professionalism in the workplace.
