Who is a manager to be a manager you need to manage your store right train your employees make this uour best team not make it a toxic arguemental enviroment who want to work here when the enviroment is draining its not educational its not helping netter your workers to sell and the company.

My boss never pays me on time and when he does he pays me only a part. The manager always avoids the workers and I wish there was some sense of professionalism in the workplace.
They need to be more informative, as apposed to sending out information and asking what it was about.

Businesses of that magnitude often times forget to take care of employees. There's minimal incentives and bonuses, most of which are done through bad business.

It's a competition and if you are forced to work with manager favorites your pay results show it!
There's no teamwork! No real possibility to make money due to the greed of the team members if you aren't equally as vicious
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
up beat spirit and positive attitude forward customers
I like how everybody talks to one another and makes it known what's bothering them. Communication is a very positive thing.
The most positive part is that the company at least acknowledges other cultures holidays.

It needs an overhaul from the corporate offices down!

That the questions weren't necessarily bad or hard to answer and didn't require much thinking.
