MGA Homecare – I am a parent CNA. My child recently passed away. She was a client of MGA and I was an employee for 6 years. My child made this company hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not over the million dollar mark. When she passed, this company did NOTHING to support us. Its as if we never existed to them. | Comparably

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I dont like anything about them anymore.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need to recognize the value that parent cnas bring to the table and be more supportive of the families when the client dies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They work us patent CNAs for pennies on the dollar, while they make millions off of our sick children. And then when that child dies, they act as if the employee never existed. They dont offer anymore work, they dont offer any bereavement pay or resources to help with an on the job death.
