I do not work for this agency. I merely interviewed. I was offered the position and declined. I had more experience than the Director of Nurses. She did not listen well and her constant "miscommunication" was horrid. She was arrogant and dismissive.
I did/do not work for this agency. I found the Director to be dismissive or simply not interested in me as a Nurse with my extensive experience. I declined the position and have no interest in ever interviewing with this agency again.
It’s great on a local level… corporate is terrible.
I am a parent CNA. My child recently passed away. She was a client of MGA and I was an employee for 6 years. My child made this company hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not over the million dollar mark. When she passed, this company did NOTHING to support us. Its as if we never existed to them.
