What did you like most about the interview process?Quick and to the ount, no games
What makes you most happy at work? Some say a job will never love you back, those thst say that never worked with special needs kids
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Encourages growth and allows you to breathe
What would you improve about your company's interview process?interviewers need to listen and not misinterpret what is said. Interviewers need to be more engaged and less dismissive, and arrogant. The interviewers need to be consistent in their emotions and not go from nice one minute to insulting and belittling the next.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? There is too much of the Nurse recruiter interaction but not much between the DON and Nurse in the interview. The DON is so dismissive and arrogant. It should be inviting and engaging.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?keep management out of it as she doesn't listen well and misinterprets things said which in turn may decrease the cohesiveness of the Nurses.
