Approachable, friendly, compassionate always will ing to help
I dont like anything about them anymore.
Listening is essential in life and dire in health care. I beileve management needs to not do other things while interviewing. It shows a lack of interest and professionalism.
Leadership appears to show lack of interest in their potential Nurses. I feel as if they are only money driven.
Reaching out to parent employees who have lost a child and now out of work.
I control it and have acsesss to it
I feel undervalued bc I am not heard. I get paid $3 more with other agencies.
I feel undervalued because when my child died no one reached out for other opportunities even though I’ve been with the company for 6 years.
They work us patent CNAs for pennies on the dollar, while they make millions off of our sick children. And then when that child dies, they act as if the employee never existed. They dont offer anymore work, they dont offer any bereavement pay or resources to help with an on the job death.
keep management out of it as she doesn't listen well and misinterprets things said which in turn may decrease the cohesiveness of the Nurses.
Encourages growth and allows you to breathe
It’s great on a local level… corporate is terrible.
There is too much of the Nurse recruiter interaction but not much between the DON and Nurse in the interview. The DON is so dismissive and arrogant. It should be inviting and engaging.
Change focus back to staff needs and patient care instead of forcing unrealistic expectations to make money faster from reimbursements sent in sooner by forcing staff to chart faster and promoting inaccuracies while punishing staff who take the time needed and chart later than MGA rules.
Quick and to the ount, no games
interviewers need to listen and not misinterpret what is said. Interviewers need to be more engaged and less dismissive, and arrogant. The interviewers need to be consistent in their emotions and not go from nice one minute to insulting and belittling the next.
Some say a job will never love you back, those thst say that never worked with special needs kids
My patients are wonderful and I enjoy working in home healthcare field.
They need to recognize the value that parent cnas bring to the table and be more supportive of the families when the client dies.
