I did/do not work for this agency. I found the Director to be dismissive or simply not interested in me as a Nurse with my extensive experience. I declined the position and have no interest in ever interviewing with this agency again.

I feel undervalued bc I am not heard. I get paid $3 more with other agencies.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership appears to show lack of interest in their potential Nurses. I feel as if they are only money driven.
