It’s great on a local level… corporate is terrible.
There is too much of the Nurse recruiter interaction but not much between the DON and Nurse in the interview. The DON is so dismissive and arrogant. It should be inviting and engaging.
Change focus back to staff needs and patient care instead of forcing unrealistic expectations to make money faster from reimbursements sent in sooner by forcing staff to chart faster and promoting inaccuracies while punishing staff who take the time needed and chart later than MGA rules.
