Tired as of late

Freedom is actually there for WFH, etc once you have proven your worth to the Sr. Leadership team
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at mGage?
somewhat given the hours we work...
What kind of people succeed at mGage?
Thick Skinned individuals who are able to just push the proverbial rock uphill and not worry that it may run them over if they slip

Yes - everyday in both positive (work itself) as well as negative (culture)

Know someone at the top of the very very confusing org chart.
What are the team outings like at mGage?
there are no team outings.....
How's the feedback proccess at mGage?
there truly isn't one available... Reviews are spotty at best and do not allow for any level of constructive criticism. If an criticism is given, employee is on thin ice and could be placed on a performance improvement plan and be managed out - even for the smallest thing which may be a training issue or a tasks they don't have a skill for. Zero employee development is the root of this issue.
How's the morale at mGage?
3/10 right now due to incentive and other pay being withheld

What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining mGage?
that the CEO was not able to interact with the staff. Very difficult to understand the direction he is trying to take
