He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Bellagio, LLC or its predecessor from June 1996 to March 2005. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of The Mirage Casino-Hotel from August 1987 to April 1997. He has been a Director at MGM Resorts International since 2000. He serves as a Director of CityCenter Holdings, LLC. He served as a Director of TRIRIGA Inc. Mr. Baldwin served as Director of Silver Legacy Capital Corp., a joint venture of Circus & Eldorado Joint Venture from April 2005 to November 2007.
