Leadership wants us to succeed and supports our career paths

Giving the people working for them what they need to work.
Leadership should take the time to develop loyal employees that want to help your company succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part of the comp plan for the USA is unlimited vacation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has knowingly set itself up to have one employee as a point of failure for an entire product, but doesn't pay enough to keep them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing is that we support each other and help others when needed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are good or great, but some have been underperformers since joining and drag down the product/team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
See that people use our products every day and care about how they work.
The most positive thing is that most of us have been here for years and its a family
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to change. They are all friends from previous companies and there is a lot of favoritism/unfairness. Stop hiring hire your friends or frat brothers/sorority sisters

That I was able to meet with the executive team
