The company has knowingly set itself up to have one employee as a point of failure for an entire product, but doesn't pay enough to keep them.
Most are good or great, but some have been underperformers since joining and drag down the product/team.
Management needs to change. They are all friends from previous companies and there is a lot of favoritism/unfairness. Stop hiring hire your friends or frat brothers/sorority sisters
