Camaraderie with staff is one of the best things about working at MBI. If not for the staff, then I'd not be anywhere near as satisfied with my job.
Benefits have been slowly made worse by trending toward what is proclaimed by executive management to be "the industry average". If trying to retain the best and brightest, perhaps aiming higher than the average is in order.
Need to reward staff for job well done and not hang onto the whole company is not meeting expectations, therefore little to no bonus for the team that has been reaping profits. Stop taking away benefits and calling it what the industry is averaging.
