BYO and Systems selling in General Sales is demotivating and makes it feel like General Sales associates are not needed at times except to maintain the department. Customer handoffs also don't happen as often as they should because I sometimes see a BYO associate sell in General sales with no call.

There was a long stretch of time when I loved this job, but after a while it becomes dificult to maintain that enthusiasm, especially when things get in the way of what makes us money. I'm not here to work for free.

The customers are extremely rude and entitled, base pay for commission is way too low, and often times it feels like I'm swimming around in a shark tank while out on the sales floor as I feel like it's pretty much survival of the fittest, or whomever can get in the most amount of sales.
