He served as President of Motorola's Professional Services Group, developing wireless and communications solutions for this market. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of IBM UK from 2000 to 2001 and from 1997 to 1999, he served as Managing Director for De La Rue Card Systems. He began his career with IBM in 1981, remaining with them until 1997. He joined Morse in 2008. He served as Non Executive Chairman of Micro Focus International Plc from April 4, 2005 to April 15, 2011 and also as its Non Executive Director until April 15, 2011. He served as Non Executive Chairman of Morse plc since February 2009. He served as an Executive Chairman of Morse plc from July 8, 2008 to February 2009. He serves as Director of Farnham Castle. He served as a Director of Cable and Wireless PLC from April 2, 2003 to December 1, 2004. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Big Food Group PLC since September 12, 2002. He served as Director of Morse plc since February 14, 2008. Mr. Loosemore served as a Non-Executive Director of Nationwide Building Society from January 2009 to April 21, 2010. He served as Director of IBM United Kingdom Limited and De La Rue plc. He holds a degree in Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
