Jeff VerHeul — Senior Vice President of Non-Volatile Engineering at Micron Technology

Mr. Jeff VerHeul has been Senior Vice President of Non-Volatile Engineering at Micron Technology, Inc., since June 26, 2017. Mr. VerHeul has a unique combination of business acumen, technical understanding and systems development gained as an executive at leading technology companies including AMD, IBM and SanDisk. He served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Engineering at SanDisk LLC (Formerly, SanDisk Corporation) since November 2012 until May 31, 2016. Mr. VerHeul oversaw the development of growing portfolio of SSD, embedded and removable products and solutions. Mr. VerHeul has 30 years of engineering and management experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Standard Microsystems Corp., since June 6, 2011. Mr. VerHeul served as Corporate Vice President of Design Engineering at Advanced Micro Devices Inc. since May 2008. Mr. VerHeul served as Head of Processor Solutions Engineering Team at Advanced Micro Devices Inc. since May 2009 and also served as its Corporate Vice President of Platform Solutions Engineering. He served as Corporate Vice President of Silicon Design of Advanced Micro Devices Inc., (AMD) since August 17, 2005. Mr. VerHeul strengthens AMD's ability to get the benefits of AMD64 processor technology, the gold standard in 64-bit computing, to a wider range of customers and markets around the world. He joined AMD in August 2005 led its microprocessor design engineering organization. Mr. VerHeul worked for 25 years with IBM and led the creation and profitable growth of IBM's successful Engineering and Technology Services business. He holds a Master's degree in Management of Technology from MIT and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
