Michael J. Rayfield — Former Senior Vice President of Mobile Business Unit at Micron Technology

Mr. Michael J. Rayfield, also known as Mike, has been senior vice president and general manager-Radeon Technologies Group at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. since January 2018. Mr. Rayfield, served as Senior Vice President of Mobile Business Unit since June 30, 2017 at Micron Technology, Inc. until December 1, 2017 and served as its serves as Vice President of Mobile Business Unit until June 30, 2017 and Vice President of Wireless Solutions since September 18, 2012. Mr. Rayfield has 15 years of executive management experience and nearly 30 years in the industry. He worked for the seven years as the Vice President and General Manager of NVIDIA, Inc.'s Mobile Business Unit where his team created advanced computer on a chip technology and won key mobile industry reference designs. His professional background also includes serving in executive sales, business development and operations roles at Stretch, Inc., Reshape, Inc., Cisco Systems, Growth Networks and Texas Instruments. He began his career in various technical sales roles with Texas Instruments. He serves as a Director of Elpida Memory Inc. Mr. Rayfield served as a Director of Phiar Corporation. Mr. Rayfield holds a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Vermont.
