Mr. Trevor Stanley Schultz, M.A. (ECON), M.Sc. (Min Eng), has been Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Systems at Micron Technology, Inc. since July 2015. Mr. Schultz served as the President of African Operations at Crew Gold Corporation at Guinor Gold Corp. He served as an Executive Director of Operations at Centamin Plc (also known as Centamin Egypt Ltd) from May 20, 2008 to May 1, 2014. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Guinor Gold Corporation (formerly, Kenor ASA) since August 25, 2003. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ashanti Goldfields Co. Ltd. from October 1996 to December 31, 2003. During his seven years with Ashanti Goldfields, he led the Group's aggressive gold expansion program in Africa, including the development of three new gold mines in Ghana, Guinea and Tanzania. Through a distinguished career that has spanned more than forty years, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Pegasus Gold Corporation (Spokane, Washington) from 1995 to 1996, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurtex Inc. (San Francisco, California) from 1994 to 1995, Senior Vice President and Group General Manager, BHP Minerals (Melbourne, Australia) from 1979 to 1994, Mine Manager of Rio Tinto (Australia, Namibia and Papua New Guinea) from 1972 to 1978 and also served various underground mining positions, Anglo American Corporation (South Africa) from 1959 to 1972. He serves as a Director of Pacific Road Capital Management. He served as a Member of Advisory Board of Pacific Road Capital Management Pty Limited. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Lonmin Investments Canada Inc., since July 2004 and Centamin Plc since May 1, 2014. Mr. Schultz has been a Non Executive Director of Southern Platinum Corp. since July 2004. Mr. Schultz served as a Non Executive Director of Base Resources Limited from November 28, 2011 to November 19, 2014. He served as a Director of Guinor Gold April 2003 to June 2006. Mr. Schultz served as a Director of Diamond Fields International Ltd. since March 10, 1998. He served as a Director of SouthernEra Diamonds Inc., (formerly, SouthernEra Resources Ltd.) since January 1, 2004. He serves as Non Executive Director of Centamin Plc. He served as a Director of Southern Era Pty Ltd. Mr. Schultz served as a Director of Ashanti Goldfields Co. Ltd. from October 1996 to December 31, 2003. He served as a Director of Ashanti Goldfields Pty Ltd. from October 1996 to December 31, 2003. Mr. Schultz was a Senior Research Fellow at University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa) from 1970 to 1972. Mr. Schultz holds an M.Sc. of Mining Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and an M.A. Economics from Trinity College at Cambridge University and studied Advanced Management at Harvard University.
