Wayne R. Allan — Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Micron Technology

Mr. Wayne R. Allan has been Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Micron Technology, Inc. since October 13, 2017. Mr. Allan served as Vice President of Wafer Fabs at Micron Technology, Inc. since 2012 until October 13, 2017. Mr. Allan served as Site Director of Micron Technology. Mr. Allan was responsible for managing all wafer fabrication operations at Micron's global locations. He has extensive experience in operations management, developing and executing manufacturing methodologies and systems in Micron's fabrication operations around the world. He began his career with Micron in 1987 as a Production Operator and served operations roles of increasing leadership responsibility in engineering, planning and production. Mr. Allan served as Director of Supply Chain and led the successful transformation of supply chain systems and processes to better meet the complex and emerging needs of Micron's customers. Mr. Allan's background with Micron spans a number of roles, countries and fabrication facilities including serving as Production Manager at Micron's Avezzano, Italy fabrication facility, establishing a centralized fabrication organization in the U.S., and leading Micron's Manassas, Virginia fabrication facility as Site Director during the 300mm DRAM and NAND Flash memory production ramp. He serves as a Director of Inotera Memories Inc. Mr. Allan served as an Operations Manager of Micron Technology Virginia. He serves as a Director of Northern Virginia Technology Council. Mr. Allan studied Chemistry at the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho.
