Ms. Rose served as Executive Director of Television of Virgin Media Inc. since November 1, 2009. Ms. Rose managed Virgin's European regional operations including premium subscription content and Internet-based services including advanced broadband, interactive television and mobile applications. She also managed the 14 local European versions of Disney.com. She was appointed senior counsel of European Legal Affairs for Burbank's Walt Disney Co. in 1996. She served as Vice President of Legal & Government Relations Europe for The Walt Disney Company since 1998. She joined Disney in 1995. She served as senior Vice President and Managing Director for Walt Disney International, UK and Ireland since 2001 and her territory was expanded in 2003 to include the Middle East and Mediterranean regions. She has been a Non-Executive Director of Informa plc since March 1, 2013. She holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Columbia University.
