Mr. Jeffrey Weiner, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer of LinkedIn Corporation since June 2009. Mr. Weiner served as an Interim President of LinkedIn Corporation from December 2008 to June 2009. Mr. Weiner served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Greylock Partners, where he advised the leadership teams of its consumer technology portfolio companies and worked closely with the partners to evaluate new investment opportunities. He was also an Executive in Residence at Accel Partners. He served as an Executive Vice President of Network Division of Altaba Inc. (also known as Yahoo! Inc.) where he managed its consumer web product portfolio, including Yahoo!'s Front Page, Mail, Search and Media products. He served in key leadership roles at Yahoo! for more than seven years. Mr. Weiner also served as the Senior Vice President of Search and Marketplace of Altaba Inc. since November 2002. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Yahoo! Inc., from May 2001 to 2002, where he was responsible for overseeing the development and modification of overall corporate and individual business unit strategy as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Weiner co-founded Windsor Digital and served as its Managing Director. From 1994 to 2000, he served in several capacities at Warner Bros., including a Vice President of Warner Bros. Online and played a key role in developing and overseeing the division. Mr. Weiner served as a Strategic Planning Analyst at Braxton Associates, the strategic management consulting division of Deloitte and Touche. He has been Trustee at The Paley Center for Media since October 2017. He serves as a Member of Global Advisory Council of NewCo Platform, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Intuit Inc. since April 2012. He has been a Director of LinkedIn Corporation from July 2009 to December 08, 2016. Mr. Weiner serves on the Board of Directors for DonorsChoose.org and Malaria No More. He is the board of advisors for Venture for America and the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
