    I would raise the engineering standards. The code quality needs to be high, and we need more testing. People need to stop writing code that just works, and start writing code that's maintainable.

    Too much emphasis on diversity. We should focus more on making great products that people love. Hire and retain the best talent rather than hiring diverse people who are less qualified.

    remove the back stabbing culture of achievement. Promote team accomplishments vs singling out the same individuals for recognition. Spread the wealth and recognize all the good work being done.

    Less infighting, more collaboration. Less about promotion, more about delivering products. Less about review process, more about professional growth

    embrace diversity especially at the sr. levels. The current LT is not a good representation of the organization.
