Work can be stressful sometimes, but it is up to the employee to find the right balance between the deliverable at work and how you can continue with your everyday responsibilities at home. Flexible hours and work from home practices are ideal to mix both things. My best advice is that you need to take ownership of that balance since no one else will do it for you.
Fantastic. I rarely take work home, usually work 10-6:30 or so. Flex hours are a thing (my manager shows up around 7, leaves at 3ish) so you can pick your own schedule, just be here from 10-2 or so. Deadlines can be chaotic at times but that's fine. This could highly vary on your team (I'm on Office)
Arguably better than the other tech companies. The teams I've been a part of value work life balance and make it a priority.
Generally work and life balance is determined by the employee. Sometimes we need to work more than at other times.
Depends on the team. Probably pretty stressful over in Azure and Bing, but Windows has great work/life balance.
