Depends on the team. Some teams really push you to work far more than 10hrs a day. Others just want you to get your work done. 50hrs/wk is what a lot of people on the surface hardware team work.

There are about 50000 engineers across several hundred teams so there is quite a bit of variability. My team specifically, is pretty chill. I generally don't work more than 40 hours/wk.
