    they at least bought dinner for us when they made us work 12 hrs a day.. which was about 60% of my time there

    don't force good people out because of environmental issues such as constant, never ending reorgs so they don't have time to show well

    Stop forcing open plan, it may save on costs for space but people are a LOT less productive
