Mr. Rajesh Jha has been an Executive Vice President of Office Product Group at Microsoft Corp. since September 30, 2016. Mr. Jha served as Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Exchange at Microsoft Corp. until September 30, 2016. He served as a Corporate Vice President for Microsoft Office Live of Microsoft Corp. Mr. Jha is responsible for overseeing worldwide marketing and development of these easy-to-use and affordable Web-based services for small businesses and information workers at Microsoft Corp. and he stepped up to the challenge of creating Office Live business in late 2004. He was able to quickly build his team and release a well-targeted Microsoft offering to small-business market. He leaded his team to a successful beta launch in February 2006 and is now focused on launching Office Live offerings in late 2006 in France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States. His dedication to innovation and his customer-centric philosophy have already earned Microsoft great results and starting with a team of one in January 2005, he has expanded the base of Office Live to more than 125,000 customers since launch of Office Live beta. He has a 16-year track record of positive contribution to Microsoft. He began his career as a software design engineer at Microsoft and developing five product releases with the Microsoft Works team. He moved on to create multimedia technologies in the Consumer Division at Microsoft and as a director of development worked for several years developing Internet technologies. He served as the general manager of Microsoft Office InfoPath?? and oversaw the launch of InfoPath 2003, as well as the planning for and early execution of Office InfoPath 2007 and form technologies in the 2007 Microsoft Office system. He holds a master's degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (Chennai).
