Too many management layers, some have to report to 7 different managers. Scrum implementation was poor.

They will work you hard and management does not give you a clue on upcoming changes.

Dismal, start-up like, vacant management, no support.

It's a great place to work where you can be successful doing a variety of things.

Work hard, own it and the sky is the limit. Work, like life, is a two way street and requires communication. I have never had an issue growing or being successful at what I do. I'm never held back, only encouraged. If you want to sit still and be told what to do, it's not a place for you.

They are always willing to listen to ideas.

I have worked hard to have relationships across the company including with the leadership team. We have an open and honest dialogue.

It's an open dialogue. If you're not receiving what you want then you aren't being clear with expectations. Communication goes both ways. I work very well with anyone in the executive team. I ask questions. I get answers.

Cut out 3 layers management and less pizza and more raises.

Listen, be consistent, invest in one operating system.

Health insurance was very fair.

Health care costs, good dental.

The medical and dental are good.

Good insurance and typical 401k matching.

The cost is quite equitable to other jobs and the coverage is broad. Also the company has done a great job keeping costs under control year over year.

Improvement suggestions not tried Leadership has no clear goals for team. Support / mentoring by manager non existent

Very smart and passionate engineers.

All intelligent people are in the teams.

Friendly people and co-workers. All work hard.

Love working in small teams to get things done.

The people I work with are great.

Free food, don't have to work weekends.

People are always so willing to help each other.

We are part of something that is helping solve problems of today and the future. We are not perfect, nor will we ever be. But we possess the fight to be the best we can today and do our best to take those lessons learned into tomorrow.

Leadership and executive level No one talks about real solutions

seemed to be a very comprehensive approach to getting to know each other.

Meeting with all the different leaders

Meet with several individuals from all different departments

Make sure the managers are prepared. Make it less than 6 to 7 hours.

I like the freedom to work on my own.

I have flexibility to "get it done".

Challenging day , ability to do a full days work and accomplish it.
