Dismal, start-up like, vacant management, no support.

It's a great place to work where you can be successful doing a variety of things.

Work hard, own it and the sky is the limit. Work, like life, is a two way street and requires communication. I have never had an issue growing or being successful at what I do. I'm never held back, only encouraged. If you want to sit still and be told what to do, it's not a place for you.

Management is toxic, and hostile Executive level Turns blind eye

They are always willing to listen to ideas.

I have worked hard to have relationships across the company including with the leadership team. We have an open and honest dialogue.

It's an open dialogue. If you're not receiving what you want then you aren't being clear with expectations. Communication goes both ways. I work very well with anyone in the executive team. I ask questions. I get answers.

Listen, be consistent, invest in one operating system.

Good insurance and typical 401k matching.

The cost is quite equitable to other jobs and the coverage is broad. Also the company has done a great job keeping costs under control year over year.

Benefits are great and the cost is more than fair including the CEO absorbing cost of increases several of the past years.

Improvement suggestions not tried Leadership has no clear goals for team. Support / mentoring by manager non existent

People are always so willing to help each other.

We are part of something that is helping solve problems of today and the future. We are not perfect, nor will we ever be. But we possess the fight to be the best we can today and do our best to take those lessons learned into tomorrow.
