What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy with our package. The vacation time is great and the 401k plan is generous. I am hoping we get on a group health insurance plan in the near future!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have the best of the best on my team when working to provide the best service to our clients and claimants. The work-life balance is a major bonus too!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This team goes above and beyond to focus on culture and communication here. Whether it's daily or when we travel for work, we all have the most amazing time getting to know each other more and there is such an importance placed on diversity and inclusivity!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always strive to achieve the short and long-term goals of both the company and its team members. They genuinely care about making sure everyone has the tools they need to get the job done without being overwhelmed. I can always go to the leadership team for guidance on any topic. So supportive!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt so comfortable talking to both the Director of Operations and the CEO. It was as if I had known them for years and I wasn't nervous asking about the culture and communication here. They were open about what Milestone is about and even when I didn't think I was qualified, they believed in me.
