What are some of the best things about your team?
We work really well together, and it's cliche but we are like a family. We can be honest with each other and can acknowledge people's strengths and weaknesses. But we all care about each other and want our company and each other to succeed.
Our diverse backgrounds make us dynamic and forward thinking professionally. On a personal note, there is a lot of emphasize work/life balance and encouragement to know one another.
The team I work on is extremely collaborative. Everyone is entitled to a voice, and that voice is heard and understood by every member of the team. There are no stupid questions or ideas, and everyone is treated fairly by managers.
