What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our generous maternity leave - 22 paid weeks - is something that you can not find most places. As someone who has been able to use it twice, that is my favorite perk!

Very fair salary and time off! Greatly appreciate the stiped for health insurance but would love to have group coverage as it has been quite difficult for me to find satisfactory coverage through Marketplace for my family.

Milestone has excellent employer-paid benefits.

I am happy with our package. The vacation time is great and the 401k plan is generous. I am hoping we get on a group health insurance plan in the near future!
