What did you like most about the interview process?
Milestone wants smart and creative thinkers, the interview process makes sure that is who makes it through.
They were transparent about the job duties, both positive and seemingly negative.
The company has a clear vision for where they want to go and how they plan to get there which made it very appealing to join them.
I felt so comfortable talking to both the Director of Operations and the CEO. It was as if I had known them for years and I wasn't nervous asking about the culture and communication here. They were open about what Milestone is about and even when I didn't think I was qualified, they believed in me.
The interviewers were open to a dialogue rather than a traditional interview.
The interview process was smooth and respectful of my time and needs.
Getting to know the team, focus on personality fit rather than extensive dive into background and merit.
I had a good sense of where I stood at every step of the process, and it was not dragged on too long.
