Overall it's a job and a well-paying job and a job that you can retire from and with benefits and it takes care of my family and that's rare nowadays so I can say I'm blessed

at first it was just ok it was an easy work day everything was understood rather it made sense or not and people worked together and avoided drama now majority of people are depressed and drama is at an all time high all the time theres favoritism and every man for them self

When I see them, they are great but they aren't around much.

Just because the managers never give us any credit for doing our jobs and when it has to do with compensation I've been having a 401k for about 10 years now so I least want to retire I'll be well off

i would feel better about my compensation if most of it wasnt spent meeting the needs of others

We all knew each other for a very long time know each other's families and at work we kind of go through the same things

Management needs to try to understand context and processes behind issues, connecting them from month to month, and not just assume a number is black and white. They also need to understand the value of flexibile work time and working remotely.

I kind of knew a few guys working their prior to me so they put a good word in for me and with my military experience it helped me out to get the job

They should put me in charge

for starters analyzing mental health to prevent further damage and not letting just any candidate in seeing as its not needed from my companies stand point
