What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a culture dedicated to help those that serve our nation.

Less work more money please

Just that I've been there for a while and I know all the guys that I work with

Most are veterans and have similar experiences.

Everyone still remains level headed

Everyone works cohesively and efficiently to complete all tasks in a timely manner

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management needs to try to understand context and processes behind issues, connecting them from month to month, and not just assume a number is black and white. They also need to understand the value of flexibile work time and working remotely.
