What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I see them, they are great but they aren't around much.
They are people with jobs.
Team camaraderie and working together to accomplish tasks
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting the workers n let them do their job
not only communication but common sense this leadership is toxic and selfish everyone only looks out for themselves
Need to stop doing things last minute.
