Respecting the workers n let them do their job

not only communication but common sense this leadership is toxic and selfish everyone only looks out for themselves

Just because the managers never give us any credit for doing our jobs and when it has to do with compensation I've been having a 401k for about 10 years now so I least want to retire I'll be well off

i think the coworkers dont work together due to miscommunication and majority of them are depressed

Management needs to try to understand context and processes behind issues, connecting them from month to month, and not just assume a number is black and white. They also need to understand the value of flexibile work time and working remotely.

They should put me in charge

for starters analyzing mental health to prevent further damage and not letting just any candidate in seeing as its not needed from my companies stand point
