i used to love going to work everyday, but lately its just the opposite... Moral is poor, but that is what unions do to moral!

Yes i feel undervalued, what would make it better would be after working here 5 years i would like to make more then the new kid just hired

Yes they need real world skills like communication and to not think they know everything, quit blaming others for things they break and talking about things they know nothing about and acting like they know it all.
