Milner does nothing to invest in youth because they do not want to pay any reasonable salary for people starting in IT, Sales is becoming automated, and admin needs no qualifications.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are not growing internally or externally proactively, truly a miserable existence where the incompetent thrive. I would not recommend working for Milner if you have any self-respect. I would not recommend doing business with Milner if you’re looking for an honest or fair relationshi
