the reps all treat fellow employees like they are waiting on the sales team to provide work and aren’t busy with other tasks if it’s not for them. The sales team either has not been trained with finding the resources for configurations,compatibility, pricing, and tracking their deals or they’r

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Milner does nothing to invest in youth because they do not want to pay any reasonable salary for people starting in IT, Sales is becoming automated, and admin needs no qualifications.
