Best in class, creative, hard working, and ridiculously humble people. Midwestern welcome at its best. Literally has baked goods in the office and Halloween costume contests. Everyone loves tools.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On a whole, the company is positive. Some of the old guard my be getting intimidated by the growth of the teams. Everyone is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and help. 99% of the job is positive.
