They listen and actually implement ideas if they make sense which is really cool

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They have changed things up and are more flexible with scheduling as long as things are covered
Very fair PTO with industry rates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Terribly paid, no benefits, vavation after one year
NO BENEFITS- VERY BASIC PAY.

Very diverse and creative group of characters it’s fun on a personal lev

What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy high quality fragrances and being in the world of perfume so this works for me
I like the compensation package as it is forward thinking and a real opportunity
