They are all very friendly
Focused on innovation, while also making MindGym a great place to work.
The leadership team are super clear on our mission and what we need to do to get there. They are visible and accessible.
The leadership team has changed recently and recognise that MG is on a journey. Its not perfect, but there is a north star and a direction of travel.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The approach to wellness. Yoga and mindfulness sessions to 'unwind from the grind" its about working hard, but having balance
The best thing about the culture and the environment at Mind Gym is the employee engagement... movie screenings, mindfulness sessions, Yoga and great parties.
The Mind Gym ethos is promoted to our staff as well as our clients

What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting several people, including the line managers and a few key stakeholders. This gave me the chance to better understand the role.
