Mr. Brad Wills has been the Chief Strategy Officer of MINDBODY, Inc. since November 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Development from May 2013 to November 2014. Mr. Wills is responsible for the Business Development activities of the MINDBODY including its Technology Partners program and API Ecosystem, the Business Partner's program and MINDBODY Education which includes MINDBODY University and Premium Services. He is one of the newest members of the MINDBODY family as he joined the Executive team in June of 2013. Prior to MINDBODY, he spent 7 years at Active Network, a publically traded, Software-as-a-Service company in the Health & Wellness space. At Active Network, he led the Corporate Development function where he was responsible for helping define corporate strategy, leading strategic projects, sourcing and reviewing opportunities, running deal teams, negotiating deal terms & contracts and facilitating post-integration management efforts. He has also held leadership positions at companies such as McMaster-Carr, a multi-billion dollar distributor of industrial products. Mr. Wills holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University where he majored in Finance and International Business.
