Brett White — Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at MINDBODY, Inc.

Mr. Brett T. White has been the Chief Financial Officer of MINDBODY, Inc. since July 2013 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since July 27, 2016. Mr. White served as the Chief Financial Officer of Meru Networks, Inc. from December 2007 to June 11, 2013 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary until June 11, 2013. Mr. White served as the Chief Financial Officer at Fortinet Inc. from November 2005 to September 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of KANA Software Inc. Mr. White has a distinguished 20-year career has been focused on leading financial operations for growth-oriented global technology companies. Mr. White most recently served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Corio Inc. since October 2002 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. White was responsible for a variety of finance and administration achievements at Corio, including implementing a formal investor relations program and upgrading its financial controls, which led to the achievement of Sarbanes-Oxley Certification. With over 25 years of senior financial and operations expertise, he has a wealth knowledge and experience in high growth technology companies. He served as Chief Financial Officer of SWK Holdings Corporation. He served as Executive officer of Oracle Corporation. Mr. White's career background also includes nearly 10 years at Oracle, where he served as Vice President of Finance over a $3 billion business unit, as well as in various international finance roles. Mr. White served in an executive finance role at marchFIRST (formerly USWeb/CKS) from February 1999 to February 2001 and served in various senior finance roles at Oracle Corporation, from April 1989 to February 1999. Mr. White holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
