Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like no one treats me like a person.
Company picks favorites. Clients acknowledge individual contributions more often than management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are incredibly smart and passionate about what they do.
Some of the brightest engineers and designers in the greater Baltimore region.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything. That is correct man
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The break room is real great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is about the leadership, not the individuals who make the company. That severely impacts work ethic and loyalty. Too much alchohol consumption, not every celebration has to be a drinking one.
What did you like most about the interview process?
More about ability and less about book learned skills.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I dont really know man
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Presented a fun/inclusive/positive work environment, but that was never actually delivered.
Listen to employees. The open door policy is a myth, with some monthly meetings involving upper management blaming employees for things that are complained about.
