Mr. Monagle served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Paper PCC of Specialty Minerals Inc.., operates as a subsidiary of Minerals Technologies Inc. since October 1, 2008. Mr. Monagle served as Managing Director of Performance Minerals Corp. and Vice President of Minerals Technologies Inc., from January 1, 2008 to October 1, 2008. Mr. Monagle joined Minerals Technologies in 2003 and served as Director of Global Marketing at Paper PCC. He served as Vice President of Americas, Paper PCC since 2006 and also served as its Vice President of North America, since 2004. Before joining Minerals Technologies, Mr. Monagle worked for the Paper Technology Group at Hercules Inc. from 1990 to 2003, where he held sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility which included Sales Representative and District Sales Manager from 1993 to 1995; Product Manager of Rosin Sizing Products, 1995 to 1996; Marketing Manager for Uncoated Papers, 1996 to 1998 and Senior Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2001. He worked on Work Process Redesign team specializing in logistics from 2001 to 2003. From 1985 to 1990, he served as an aviation officer in the U.S. Army's 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, leaving the service as a troop commander with a rank of Captain. Mr. Monagle holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
