What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are the best part
The benefits. As a state employee the wages cannot compete with the private sector, and there is no opportunity or possibility to be rewarded for working hard or exceeding expectations, other than applying for a new/promotional job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
That we all get along with our different personalities
All agencies, jobs, projects, etc are different, but my work team is incredibly inclusive to the point that we have all developed such close relationships where I can truly call my coworkers my friends and family.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is always willing to help others
The positive environment is due to the individuals and work teams. We work well together and make sure we have fun and keep it fun, despite outside negative factors.
